The specs say input is 5volts so I can drop the solar panel with the buck converter to that so input to the TP4056 is 5volts and it''s charging the battery and feeding the transmitter at the same time also it says it shuts the charge off at 4.2volts so when the battery is charged it would stop and the solar cell would power the transmitter
Hi, I am new to this technology but have been interested about solar energy since way back 30 years ago in high school, i recently acquired a solar pv system from a friend, actiually separate parts bought separately from different sources, i have a 12/24v 20a solar controller, a 300w 36v panel, a 12/24v 3000w inverter and a 12v 500Ah battery. the problem
While charging, be careful not to let the voltage exceed 4.2V and should charge with a low current. Recommended: Recycle Free Li-ion battery from E-waste. 6V 1W Solar cell. Another important component of this circuit is the solar cell panel, which should be capable of supplying a voltage of about 5V to 6V with a size of 1W to 2W.
Solar panels charge batteries by converting sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. When sunlight hits the solar cells, it activates electrons, generating direct current (DC) electricity, which flows to charge the batteries. For efficient charging, it''s essential to determine the right panel size based on the energy needs

Charging solar batteries involves different methods based on your setup and circumstances. Understanding these methods ensures efficient energy storage for your solar power system. Using solar panels is the primary method for charging solar batteries. The solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, which is then sent to the battery for storage.
Charging your batteries with a solar panel is a great way to use clean, renewable energy. However, before you can get started, you'll need to install a charge controller, which regulates the voltage from the solar panel as it's transferred to the battery.
If the solar panel produces more power than the battery can handle, the battery can overcharge and be damaged. A charge controller helps prevent this from occurring. Divide the solar watt rating by the voltage of your battery. You can usually find the voltage listed on the battery itself.
Leave the battery on the connector until it's charged. The length of time it will take to charge your battery will depend on the size of the battery you're using, the wattage of the solar panel, and even the weather that day. That's where your digital display will come in handy.
This must be precisely set such that the emitter produces not more than 1.8V with a DC input of above 3V. The DC input source is a solar panel which may be capable of producing an excess of 3V during optimal sunlight, and allow the charger to charge the battery with a maximum of 1.8V output.
Simple solar charger circuits are small devices which allow you to charge a battery quickly and cheaply, through solar panels. A simple solar charger circuit must have 3 basic features built-in: It should be low cost. Layman friendly, and easy to build. Must be efficient enough to satisfy the fundamental battery charging needs.
